I use them on my trigger points. currently i'm sitting with one rolling around under a butt cheek. lol. you can roll them against a spot while leaning against a wall too highly recommend my pain bible! it helps me figure out the source of the pain and where to massage. 💙📚👀

The burn is fantastic. It took a few seconds to actually hit, and then I started sweating and my nose started going. I went in for another couple drops because I'm clearly a sucker for punishment. At the moment, my glasses are fogging up a little. Ahaaa 10/10 would recommend 🌶️

DA BOMB BEYOND INSANITY 🍜 I tried a few healthy drops on a wing.. Honestly the flavour is.. pretty.. good? I was expecting it to taste like battery acid. It's not super flavorful but it's not bad. And the burn, damn, was good! I wouldn't want to douse my wings in this but a few drops is great!
