Oh, just you wait until they make the argument that since the Impeachment Clause specifies, “the Party convicted shall nevertheless be liable and subject to Indictment, Trial, Judgment and Punishment, according to Law,” that conduct not liable isn’t constitutionally sufficient for impeachment.
