Yeah, the, “go to the White House and tell the President to step aside,” comment was what made me turn the tv off. I know the panel has to pretend debates are big pivotal events that move votes to justify them, but… come on. No one serious thinks that.

I don’t think so. I don’t think he picks anyone an advisor might say will expand his electoral appeal, specifically because that’s what Pence was, and I think he’s still so profoundly bitter over Pence’s, “betrayal.” Even Stefanik’s sycophancy doesn’t save her there, to my mind. She’s too ambitious.
