Cool, but the "recycling" industry needs cost recovery mechanisms up front - separate from anything earned by selling recovered materials. Unfunded = trash Plastics as example - is a massive money loser. Battery processing is much harder & and the extraneous materials need to be dealt with.

One couple told me Advantage plan was cheap at first - but later expensive due to declining health & related out of pocket expenses. The "pre-existing" health status prevented them returning to traditional/original Medicare. Medicare Advantage is a dark alley - be prepared when you enter it

Avantage seems valid for some people. The article shows it's systemic profiteering. For me - the "original" was better after talking with 15-20 others who had already chosen (some of either side) Lastly - if advantage doesn't work for you, you must requalify to get back to original.
