My whole approach to cooking changed when I thought of it as techniques instead of recipes- you can apply techniques to what you have, but for a recipe you need specific things. Loosening up about cooking made me better at it

I am a huge horror fan and thought Skinamarink was great - I’ve become a little horror-jaded and it induced a feeling of real dread that I haven’t experienced in some time. Not a traditional horror movie (or any movie) but very effective

Here’s my beef with the AppleTv interface: when you select one of the tiles, it only gets *slightly* larger - it doesn’t highlight, change color, nothing. I always have to select a tile, then select the one next to it to see what “selecting” looks like
