Off topic a bit, but I remember when the Daily News was an actual paper, with good reporters and great columnists who would be all over this kind of thing. Pete Hamill, Jimmy Breslin, among many others. Now only the Times with it's elite coverage

Some CUNYs are more equal than others. I can't imagine my campus cutting more. We had no writing ctr until 2021, two counselors for 17k students, nowhere to eat, ceiling tiles hitting us on the way out . . .
