I thought it was always the second Tuesday of each quarter--so that should be July 9, if I'm not mistaken, assuming it's the general event, rather than something tailored more specifically to kidlit art, for instance.

Oh, it absolutely is a general event! And I think you're right, but they used to state that on their profile, and now they don't.
