I don't want Biden to use extrajudicial powers. I want him to use the powers he's always had but been too timid to use in case of getting sued or whatever. There's an insurrection. It's not over, the leader's still out here telling people to fight. There's an Act covering this.

Biden isn't going to order any arrests or prosecutions. Merrick Garland would sooner resign than take such an order, he literally made DoJ independence his goal when he was sworn in.
