So, what does the Supreme Court's presidential immunity ruling say to foreign powers? What does it say to every other country in the world? The USA is not a rouge state that has granted itself the power to interfere with foreign nations in any way it sees fit, including invasion, occupation, etc.

Because, by default, any act involving a foreign nation is an "official" act. So, fuck 'em. No accountability, no repercussions. I'm sure that's raised some eyebrows.
