For drawing, I like Clip Studio Paint, and for image viewing, I like Honeyview. Honeyview can display animated gifs, and it can view files in an archive, like a zip or rar file, without having to decompress it first.

I don't mind when it is at the end of the video. It really irks me in Youtube videos where they beg you to sub, BEFORE they have even shown you the video or content you are actually there to see. Like I will not sub now, even if I do like your content, just out of principle.

Bunch of people make a discord or irc room then agree to stalk and harass a person or group online. It's hard to prove because they are organized in private settings like Discord chats or IRC chatrooms.

Linux Mint is probably the most popular distro at the moment. It just works, and its desktop environment, called Cinnamon, is laid out a lot like Windows 7, which I really appreciate too.

Yes, that's why, even though I don't consider myself a "sea lion," I did not list that as an example. My point about not expecting respect is also referring to the fact that I expect other people to be as skeptical as I am. However, calling me "stupid," "idiot," etc. crosses a line and is abusive.

I am not even asking for "respect," just basic decorum, but from my pov, you seem to be trying to justify and excuse abusive behavior. Calling people "stupid" and "idiot," has no place in a civil discussion, regardless of disagreement

Because each post is limited to 300 characters. Trying to navigate that limit is a pain, and I believed that the in text citations from the quote alone were sufficient. Additionally, I knew that I could share the link should anyone request it.

I repeatedly asked for a plain English break down, and it wasn't until that profspeak link that I was given one.
