I’ve found ‘cancel my service’ is the keyword phrase in getting a real person for my ISP, and retention services usually does the most to fix the problem anyway

Oh yeah, I’m on pretty good terms with my human contact people, that trick is literally what they tell you if you need a good deal with a new phone for whatever reason. They just need to hear/log you want to “cancel” to be able to offer you “win-back deals” and obviously that’s a salesPERSON task. 😆
