Same, I just spent 40mins the other day on the Xfinity customer service hell loop, and it was finally “I want to cancel” that got me out of it. I won’t touch their online chats anymore, they serve only to infuriate me

And even worse the reps, when you finally get one, are *effusively* friendly. Like, friendly is nice, but they verge on crossing a personal boundary at times. Couple examples:
