There's a handful of trucking companies in the area that will pay for you to get your AZ license if you work for them, I can ask around my circles if you like.

IKEA has two stores in that area it seems. Try either of them? your mileage will vary but in my experience they pay very well and are proactively lgbtq+ affirming
