I don't regret going, because I think it gave me some valuable data about how to improve my navigation of social situations, after working on my mental health in isolation for the past year or so It just stings really bad. It's hard to shake off the negative self-talk from this.

Anthrocon was such a mixed bag Although I had some good times, I feel like I was drained of energy half the weekend, missed out on fun events and parties, didn't get to see friends that often, didn't meet any new people I clicked with, and generally couldn't find my groove
