American politicians are so much worse than rando industrialized country (non-oil-state) politicians that there is a chance that Trump would be better because everyone would freeze the US out of international agreements if he was President. With Biden those agreements would be far worse.

No, there is no chance a Trump presidency would be better for the climate. Whatever 2nd order effects you're imagining are swamped by the massive bad 1st order effects. And the US is basically the world climate leader post-IRA. EU was freaking out because they were worried we'd starve their efforts
