Biden resigns, Harris takes over and runs with Obama as her VP on the ticket. Doesn't technically violate the 22nd Amendment as it specifies being *elected* to POTUS, and Obama is still so popular as to guarantee a landslide win. Never happen, but one can dream.

In the case of non-irrevocable acts like that, a judge could order him released, assuming the arrest wasn't stopped by a judge before it was ever executed. The ruling means POTUS can't be prosecuted for official acts, not that their decisions can't be overturned.
