I’ve been not great, but mostly holding it together. Honestly, my dog’s chronic health issues provide a constant structure I need. He has three scheduled times a day that he HAS to have his meds & his meals revolve around those doses. No matter how much I want, I can’t spend 20 hrs a day sleeping.
