It turns out when you stop scaling analyses based on the racist and incorrect assumption that Black people naturally have lower lung capacity, more Black people are diagnosed with moderate to severe COPD, move up the lung transplant priority list, qualify for additional screenings... 🧪🩺

I think that’s a very common experience with lamotrigine. It most just increases the time between, and severity of, depressive episodes. That’s the official line anyway.

This labeller can mask all images without alt text, or with ineffective alt text.

The Science feed 🧪 seems to be doing pretty well actually…

💯 There’s a form of therapy effective for bipolar called “social rhythms therapy” that is basically exactly that. Basically it’s to socialize, sleep, eat, etc at around the same times each day. Sounds so simple but…. 👀
