Cannot stress how much this will fuck social services in New Zealand. These organisations are setup with a profit incentive to deliver results, and having worked at many corporations, all of them commit fraud to reach their KPIs.

I liked when an agency I know used Covid for an excuse to miss hitting KPIs long after lockdown when Covid had no bearing on the under performance at all

Fraud is so normalised in society, and I used to speak out about it when I was first employed. It didn't work out well for me, and I was often accused of not being a team player.
