Inability to plan, meet deadlines, focus. Easily distracted. Can't sit through a film without doing something else. Constantly fiddling with hair, pens, etc. I'm inattentive ADHD rather than the other type. Very common in late diagnosed women.

That sounds very much like me, but I have a thing where once I do eventually make myself start a task, I can’t stop doing it, and go into hyper focus IF I am enjoying.
