They need a little ladder so they can reach the cat flap 😁 Good quality kitten food (meat as the first ingredient on the list) is apparently best for them. Things labeled "hedgehog food" can contain any old tut because it's not regulated in the same way.

I used to work near the BBC's studio in central London. I was quietly minding my own business when a person I vaguely recognised walked past me. I did a proper double take, squeaked "you're Tom Baker!" and walked into a bin.

Inability to plan, meet deadlines, focus. Easily distracted. Can't sit through a film without doing something else. Constantly fiddling with hair, pens, etc. I'm inattentive ADHD rather than the other type. Very common in late diagnosed women.

Oh, yes. Funny things happen when your usual coping mechanism isn't available. It takes time for your brain/hormones/whatever to get on an even keel when you remove alcohol. It's a systemic poison that messes up your usual homeostasis.

Hello, yes it can be a thing. Quite often you use alcohol to mask emotions, sometimes unintentionally, and it's a really potent disrupter of all sorts of things, and it takes time for you to get your normal equilibrium back, so there can be some wild swings in there.
