idea for Fiasco style game: The global superhero team confronted the villain. Unfortunately for the current administration, when the villain explained what they were trying to do and how, the heroes decided to help. The PCs are PR specialists trying to spin this story.

I like that idea - maybe not physical things but like a concept or theme (shadows, creepiness, confused etc) GM judges how well each pic did and uses that as a conflict resolution mechanic.

I just realized I can't think of any tabletop RPGs about photography. We have video games - pokemon snap and fatal frame, for example, but no TTRPGs. Biggest challenge I can think of is the need to explain why an ensemble of people are taking photos, unless this is a solo RPG...

its per enemy per fighter and it resets after a fight. Fighter X has a clock for Orc A and B and Barbarian Y has their own clocks for Orc A and B. There could be actions/abilities to swap clocks or help an ally raise a clock.
