Checking in. How's it going? CW: takes about 6 mos for a habit to settle in. Early days, extrinsic motivation tools are helpful (here's a reward for doing the hard thing), then intrinsic motivation can take over (I do it bc I feel better). Noticing if you do feel better after exercise can help!
