1/ I'm agnostic as to whether Biden should withdraw from the race. It's a genuinely tough question IMO.
But I have clarity on one thing: He should absolutely not step down as president.
If Harris becomes President, the Vice Presidency is empty. Under the 25th Amendment ...

Checking in. How's it going?
CW: takes about 6 mos for a habit to settle in. Early days, extrinsic motivation tools are helpful (here's a reward for doing the hard thing), then intrinsic motivation can take over (I do it bc I feel better). Noticing if you do feel better after exercise can help!

When I quote-skeet, it's always to amplify the original message, which I support, and add my encouragement. I do not hate quote & I'm enough of a nobody that hardly anyone cares either way. So I've never quite understood the hate many have for quoting. FWIW, I also comment. I do both.

Exactly. Better to just ask, are you blue or red and realize we voters have no say in at this point in who's on the ballot.
(I mean some complaining might help influence someone, somewhere, but I think you catch my drift.)

I see your points as CW and I'm starting to wonder if many voters are not dialed in to that history. A fresh campaign with messaging to younger voters could be strong, or strong enough? I've seen many +1 reports from her SRO visits to college campuses. Many of us olds are voting blue no matter who.

Yes, we just want to win up and down the ballot. To quote Harvey Fierstein: "Is that so wrong?"

Got it! Thank you so much. @chrismessina.me may not like the brilliance of hashtags being sidelined but I love that you can capture natural language.

I love this feed & followed. Still don't know how to contribute, though! I posted a Morning Walk photo this am, hashtag, #morningwalk, but that doesn't work. I'm so old school! I appreciate your help. What confused me is that I post on many topics; would NOT want other skeets included. π§

Respectfully disagree. His delivery was weak and his only advice was to vote. We could really use a strong orator right now and someone who can move mountains.

The 14th Amendment says if you were involved in an insurrection you can't be president. SCOTUS said they won't allow anyone to enforce that because of reasons they made up.
The Constitution doesn't say the president is immune from criminal law. SCOTUS decided he is because of reasons they made up.

No one is coming to save us.
We need to build working-class power, we need to build a movement that can crush fascism, we need to organize like never before.
Because we don't have a democracy to save, but we do have one to build from the ground up.

I'm not afraid of trying something like choosing a president at the convention, as has been done in the past many times. Makes a lot of click-bait and will be unavoidable for voters to face, and learn from. We have 13 circuit courts; one supreme from each, limit terms.

I know how things work. I am saying rather clearly, I thought, that Biden has said he won't consider expanding the court. That is the first problem to be solved.
