Hell Ireland, both the Republic and NI, have wildly different accents in two different languages simultaneously. We just notice the ones in English because that’s all we’re equipped to notice.

It’s worth pointing out that the UK appearing to have such a diverse palette of accents is down to the fact that it’s four countries with several wholeass languages, and that most of us in the Anglosphere are monolingual. If you speak German oh boy oh boy you’re still fucked in Bavaria!

I have a Mjolnir amulet on right now, and a tattoo of same. I grew up playing on Danish burial mounds, and play loud bass guitar, so, thunder. Been a thing my whole life. I’m well aware that the fash use that iconography, and was aware of it when I got my tattoos. Don’t care, they can fuck off.
