That's not hyperbole. The dissenters, Supreme Court justices, literally said that under this new precedent, a United States president can now murder his political opponent, and can't be prosecuted.

When you put it that way, it's almost like the current President has no choice but to eliminate those that may become President and could legally assassinate him as soon as he's out of office. Basic self-defense. Historically, that's how kingships work right?
