Today we took our overwarm little selves off to a big air conditioned room and saw the movie Despicable ME 4. Funny, goofy, touching by small kids nearby interacting Just Right. We followed that up with some amazing food at Sushi Maru in San José, L's first time. Oh my yum.

Jaaaaam! Smush a little and macerate overnight in 1/2 sugar to fruit by weight, simmer till it coats a spoon, or your clean spoon draws a line that doesn't close when you drip some on a clean COLD plate (also chilled or even frozen overnight), put through a food mill to catch seeds & skins & can
