I worry about the "corruptly" part. It wouldn't surprise me if next year's SCOTUS will rule that it "can't be corrupt if it's written down! because nobody would write things down if they thought it was improper."

The right wing definition of corruptly--the one they're already lobbying for--is doing something for improper benefit. Even Justin Walker already said that might apply to Jan6ers who were corruptly trying to get their guy in office. It definitely applies to Trump.
