Oh, yay!! I was worried it wouldn't be renewed because I'd seen so many articles saying ratings were down. Season 3 is gonna be fun. Vampire Lestat / Queen of the Damned are my favorite books (especially Queen). :D

OMG, I actually cried when Louis found Lestat. I hardly ever cry, lol. Santiago hamming it up was fun; I was all, "Chew that scenery, Ben!" The whole fight between Louis and Armand was brutal and, while I'm glad Daniel was still turned, the circumstances?? OOF. I loved it, in short. 😁

I worked at a bookstore and our local mall Santa would come in every few weeks with his wife and buy a ton of books. If a kid asked if he was *really* Santa in the off season, he'd HO HO HO, NO and wink at them. It was cute.

The guy who owns our building had the parking lot paved today. There were orange barrels and tape blocking the entire lot, front and back, when I came to work. People have literally ignored all of that to come gamble. One dude punted an orange barrel into traffic with his F150.
