Blocked someone? They won't be able to DM you. Additionally, you can easily block users right from within the DM feature.

Can I also ask for us to be able to mute or block someone directly from a post - instead of having to click onto their profile? Just so we don’t have to look at their header photo or their other posts.

No reason someone you've muted should be able to message you too. Though i know mutes are just hidden in the client.

You can report DMs directly to mods, who will review reported messages for Community Guidelines violations. Mods can see the reported message and surrounding messages for context to assess your report.
