Lovecraft Country was a great take on using Lovecraft concepts while addressing the racism. Sadly, the show didn’t get renewed, out of a “fascinating” (read: racist) trend of studio execs hating how that and the Watchmen show wrapped their season 1s with black people in positions of power.

I've actually never read any Lovecraft, but I'm just generally aware of him via cultural diffusion. I have played Arkham Horror a few times, though.
