Yanno, if the neighborhood insists on exploding bombs--I mean "fireworks"--until 3 am, you'd think they could hold off on more explosions until, say, at least 3 pm, right? Signed, an exhausted neighbor with an absolutely fritzed out dog who peed inside last night because the outside was too scary
