Jaywick and Clacton have been failed miserably by successive governments. If someone were to work to remedy that rather than writing them off as 'idiots' then they might vote differently.

Being failed by their government is not an excuse for their bigotry. They’re willing to crap on others rather than deal with the government that let them down. Irredeemably stupid.
