I'm impressed by the way Starmer is bringing in experts/individuals with experience in their field. Here's hoping it continues to in environment/green energy/animal rights and education. Also hoping that the backlog of refugee applications turn into ability to work/contribute.

Are you able to do some physical exercise? From walking to gardening...? It usually helps me . I have sleep deprivation as a result of severe PTSD - nightmares, hyper alert to safety... Sending strength.

The EU have already stated that renegotiation isn't a priority for the club. Hopefully they will change their mind but things are much calmer and focused on the job at hand since the UK left. Sad but true.
