Thanks for correcting, 2900 km is better but still not enough (yet), 12 000 km is far in the future. Of course I'd have preferred if you'd put the correct number (2900) instead of changing to antiquated & unclear units πŸ˜‰ (I'm assuming you meant 1.6093 km rather than nautical mile, 1.852 km)

It’s not an all or nothing solution. If electrification can reduce emissions from short and mid range flights, that is still helpful. When BEVs were first introduced they had short range as well. Now there are many models with >300 miles (>482 km) range.
