this is extra fun when you have a newborn and you never get the same person twice and each time you call the person you get tells you a different thing about what your policy covers and no one ever takes any notes (and it is all intentionally done this way)

I hope your new born is doing great, and you too . For a heavy case, you can request to have a specific case manager in +/- direct contact with you.
