I think the best argument against Biden stepping down remains all the very bad arguments for him stepping down. There aren't any good arguments for it yet!

It's possible a good argument emerges, say if his polls shift notably downward and other candidates poll notably better and that shift appears durable, but most polls show almost no movement.
