I just had an idea of how to use up some stuff in my fridge before it spoils: Cheese and broccoli stuffed chicken breasts 1. I'll coat the chicken in avocado oil and seasonings 2. Make a stuffing mixture with cream cheese, shredded cheddar, and broccoli 3. Sear it and then roast it in the oven
