Random Tip : If you're not getting the kind of commissions you want subject wise, try making some YCHs. They're a great way to show you're interested in a particular scene, setting, or such AND potentially gain the interest in clients who are into that and maybe more like it.

We enabled a new Cloudflare feature on FA that automatically blocks AI bot scrapers. Hell, at one point Tiktok's parent company Bytedance once hit us with so many bots it knocked our site offline temporarily. Fuck AI. You are hurting independent sites, you hemorrhaging shitgibbons.

Furry cons likely won't survive Project 2025. They literally state gay people even existing makes it sexual, as our "sexual identity" makes us automatic smutpeddlers. Most event venues have ratings/limits to what can be hosted. Will knock out events or force up prices.

This is why I hate American healthcare. Got a surprise bill (saying its not a surprise bill despite never made aware of it by anyone) for my wisdom tooth evaluation. Some BS about them consulting a specialist even though I had to pay for the evaluation on visit two months ago

My experience usually ends up they're a scam of trying to get me to commission them (with next to no art on their fairly new account) or they want to sex RP. Neither of which I hold interest in with complete strangers.

Hot tip for people using direct messages: Never make your first DM to someone you never DM'd before a casual "Hi, how are you?" message. Instead, give a proper introduction and state your intentions or the question you want to ask. Just come right out with it! You'll be more respected for this.

I don't know if I can stress this enough, but "Project 2025" isn't a one-and-done thing if Trump gets into office or not. This will be the platform the hard-right of the Republican party bosses will push for every year going forward until we beat them in the elections over and over again.
