And? I get that it’s related to your job, it is your job. But is it? News as it manifests in the US is driven by ratings and selling products. And pushing an agenda. It’s mostly about manipulation and control. There’s a huge difference between news and journalism.

I find airports/TSA/boarding all to be opportunities to practice accepting what is, even though it's clearly illogical (e.g., boarding from front of plane) BS. I DO enjoy it when a flight attendant does take care of an unruly passenger.

I saw a few of them, but the replies are so weak, not sure why anybody would be hurt by them. It's classic bullying behavior, but with no teeth. I do think that whomever it is, they are going to give themselves cancer or some other stress/inflammation related disease, so I take comfort in that )

In the 90s I could do full side-splits with my chest on the ground from practicing Taekwondo.

Today's practice worked on everything I need. When you see what I do to get into the long stretch, do laugh.
