Realistically though there are always native mobile features that are more appropriate in that context and don’t work well/at all in mobile, and UX is purposefully different. I’m with you in general though. Desktop should always be supported for most businesses.

I am just looking at bsky.app as an example. On my desktop browser it looks like full-blown web app. On the phone browser it's basically indistinguishable from he native app.
