Honestly, everyone needs to read this article, because it is well past time people recognise how airborne pathogens spread, and how they can be effectively reduced. It's not just masks and vaccines, it's sick leave and infrastructure, goddammit.

Yes to all those things. I still get so frustrated by my one friend who doesn't wear a mask to the supermarket but does wipe the handle of the trolley before she touches it because she doesn't want to get COVID. I've told her multiple times that it's airborne but she still wipes as "protection"!
