I macerate in water (expect teeth to fall out and need to be glued back in, a strainer helps), then rinse after a few weeks or when I remember. if they're still discolored, a little hydrogen peroxide swish and set somewhere sunny for an afternoon usually clears it up. here's a skunk and a rabbit.

(The skulls specifically — i know the feet will disintegrate into a bunch of tiny bones so they went in the garden)

Buy mesh bags so the teeth will stay with each skull (might be kinda hard with small teeth), rinse gently in water to get rid of the dirt, if you want them white soak in 3% vol isopropyl alcohol, then glue the teeth back in
