The thing that UTTERLY baffles me is that you can arrest someone on probable cause. And I'm pretty freaking sure they had that when Garland took office. Trump is such a pill that he'd force the speedy trial time issue (normally a dead letter in Fed ct) but we SAW HIM COMMIT THE CRIME ON TV

Have you considered that he is a Republican, and is thus entitled to do whatever he wants at all times, though The national media agrees this is true!
