Thermal weak link is definitely now the motor, not its controller. I haven't been able to kick it hard enough to rollback the controller before I either hit the BMS overload cutoff or the motors own thermistor redline

Think I'd have to stuff something with a 40+mm mag-ring on there to even push enough power to heat it up now. And I'm already trying to feed it over two kilowatts.
