Dev side I can see it being super easy to sleepwalk into. Good intentions on the team's hard work potentially being missed. Or pessimistically, less eyes = less value = cut content. Also unlikely someone takes a big enough step back + notices it + suggests a course correction of that scale.

You don't have to do everything. And if the game makes you do everything then it's not open world. It's just a checklist with agency over the order you do chunks of it in.

Yeah it's been fairly rough and I love a good challenge normally. Sekiro is one of my favourite games but there's something about the difficulty in the dlc that takes the wind out of my sails a bit.

I love the problem of stealth being so quick to escalate since it's so fundamental to stealth as a gameplay conceit. Games that do it well are few and far between.

I think you just wrote down why I don't feel as interested in Strange's character. He's also subsequently deployed in other films as a magic fixer which isn't exactly super compelling considering I don't really feel like he earned that position, for some reason.
