Haha, yep! We got a dog backpack but never managed to get Monty into it successfully, but with the ikea bag we just had him sit on top of it and then we picked it up around him, super easy. He’s also on the bigger side for a shiba (30lbs of PURE MUSCLEMAN) so it helped to have plenty of room

I did lots of slow and patient sessions with Georgie trying to coax her into the backpack last summer and she absolutely refused and then this morning I just kind of jostled/lovingly shoved her in it and it was fine.
