It depends on the work that goes on in states. Here in AZ, I have confidence in our initiative process to make the issue highly salient in the fall.

AZ GoP is trying to kill/cripple the initiative process. I don't entirely trust the electorate not to fall for it.

That's right and states like TN where the anti-abortion groups set agenda and not GOP will also push issue.
