No, what I mean is just the opposite. I know what normal, capable 60-95 yr olds look like... and that's not what he looks like. He's fried, circuits are burned. High pressure life does that, it's neither a surprise nor a shame. It is what it is.

I'm not confident that I can evaluate someone's fitness for a job by their facial appearance in a single and uncommon set of circumstances. But of course, you make your own decisions.
