Ordinary federal judges AND THEIR FAMILIES work to ensure that no suggestions of bias or inappropriate conduct can be imputed to their spouse/parent/sibling. Judicial spouses, are especially careful. “She does what she wants,” is simply not a thing. d3i6fh83elv35t.cloudfront.net/static/2024/...

Without speaking to whether he is a good judge, I can definitely state that Samuel Alito is a shitty husband. Seriously dude, way to throw your wife under the bus.

"I have no involvement in my wife's decision on what flag to fly at _our house_" is such transparent bullshi*t.

Yep. You don't see Cannon talking about how her husband worked as an executive for Rosatti, of organized crime (and Trump connection) infamy because he does what he wants. Instead, they had the good sense to scrub his Linkedin profile of that experience and keep quiet. Problem solved! 🤐

It is absolutely not a thing. I am the spouse of a federal worker in a non-partisan job and I most definitely do not "do what I want" when it comes to a lot of things, but especially flags at our house.
